Wooden Dressing Frame

€29.90€79.90
A solid wood dressing frame helps children learn essential everyday skills in a playful and engaging way. Buttons, zippers, Velcro, snaps, and buckles offer a fun challenge while developing fine motor skills and independence. Additionally, the frame supports concentration and patience – skills that will benefit the child throughout life. The fabric inserts attach to the back of the frame with Velcro, making them easy for the child to swap independently – like a little mission of self-reliance! With interchangeable inserts, children can practice different fastening techniques at their own pace through hands-on exploration. This makes learning enjoyable and boosts confidence as they discover they can do it on their own. The dressing frame is available with soft blue, pink, or brown-toned fabric inserts.

Recommended by the Estonian Montessori Association:
With the dressing frame, children practice various dressing-related skills such as buttoning, unzipping, and fastening. Each insert focuses on a single skill at a time, allowing for gradual learning. Playing with the dressing frame enhances a child's concentration and fosters independence by developing self-care abilities. Additionally, hands-on activities help refine fine motor skills and improve hand-eye coordination.
